Ombuds Annual Report
In accordance with the International Ombudsman Association Standards of Practice the Office of Ombuds Services prepares an annual written report that presents data/ information, including the number of cases/ visitors and the nature of the issues brought to the Ombudsman along with information identifying trends and other concerns.
3.7 The Ombudsman prepares any data and/or reports in a manner that protects confidentiality.
